Lester Quiñonez
Originally from Nicaragua, Lester Quiñonez has possessed the desire for competing, growing, and learning since he was a child. He has had a passion for playing soccer since he was 8 years old, regularly plays the guitar, and explores the outdoors whenever possible. His home country is where he studied Industrial Engineering at Central American University (Universidad Centroamericana), which was the first private university in Central America. Before starting his career in marketing and sales, Lester was a pizza chef in Miami. He made the career move because he was yearning for the chance to grow and learn in an environment that facilitated advancement and responsibility in the field of business.
Working with his remarkable team and making progress each and every day are some of the reasons why Lester loves his job. Additionally, he finds great joy in working with customers. “I like to go out, make friends, and help others—this is what makes my job so special.” When he’s not working, Lester spends time with his family seeing movies and going on long walks. The little moments he shares with them are especially important to him. By the time he’s 50 years old, he wants to be a successful businessman operating internationally. Lester hopes to travel the world, spend quality time with his family, and retire with an accomplished sense of prolific success.

Krystal Mercado
Krystal grew up in Hartford, Connecticut where she attended Connecticut International Baccalaureate Academy. She decided that formal education was not the path for her and became a House Parent to girls in foster care. Although her work with the girls was rewarding, it was also a very challenging environment to be in for an extended amount of time. The upbeat and positive culture at Quinonez Management Group is exactly what she needed. Krystal’s drive to learn sales and become a “closer” helped her grow quickly into a valuable member of our team. She loves to dance salsa, reggae, and hip hop and admits that Cuban food and pizza are her weaknesses. Personally, Krystal looks forward to purchasing a home and starting a family. Her professional goals include continuing to develop others, so they can be the best version of themselves while advancing her own career to leave a legacy for her family.
